SEN SECONDARY TEACHING ASSISTANT – BRADFORD

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next challenge? We’re searching for a skilled and confident SEN TA to join a supportive Secondary School in Bradford.

The Role:

  • Supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism, ADHD, SEMH and complex learning needs.
  • Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to ensure students can access the curriculum.
  • Assisting the class teacher in creating a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  • Offering consistent encouragement, guidance and emotional support.

Essential Requirements:

✅ PROVEN EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH SEN STUDENTS IN A UK SECONDARY SCHOOL.

✅ Strong understanding of strategies for supporting additional needs.
✅ Ability to remain calm, patient and resilient in challenging situations.
✅ Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
