Roles & responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the secondary school, ensuring a safe, productive, and engaging learning environment for students and staff.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for academic improvement, curriculum enhancement, and extracurricular program development.
• Manage and mentor a team of educators and support staff, fostering professional growth and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with all educational policies, regulations, and accreditation standards at local and national levels.

Desired candidate profile

• Postgraduate in Diploma, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in secondary school administration or teaching.
• Possession of a valid school leadership or administrative certification.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development and instructional leadership.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
