SECONDARY & SEND RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - EDUCATION

Trust Education is a thriving award winning education recruitment organisation servicing schools in and around the Yorkshire and East Midlands region. Due to unprecedented growth, we are seeking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant (warm desk) to join the team at our Rotherham office. This is a predominantly sales focussed recruitment role and is purely geared towards building business in the education recruitment sector.

Job Description

  • Organise visits with established clients to build and solidify relationships
  • Make prospective calls to non-using clients and arrange meetings
  • Ensure clients are aware of the latest candidate availability
  • Utilise platforms such as our bespoke CRM System, website, Facebook, LinkedIn, and job boards to source candidates and to post our latest vacancies
  • Participate in bespoke candidate recruitment campaigns and attending recruitment events to develop the candidate database.
  • Source and Interview candidate
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Service and fill all short, medium, and long‑term bookings

Qualities & skills required

We are looking for a driven sales professional, who can build strong relationships with clients and candidates. In addition have the ability to speak to individuals on a professional level, other qualities that are desirable include:

  • Experience of working within a Sales, recruitment or education based environment desirable but not essential
  • Target driven
  • Confident
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Team player with the ability to work on your own initiative

  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Driver with your own transport desirable but not essential

We are willing to look at a Senior Recruitment Consultant if you have two years or more experience in Recruitment. Salary negotiable.
