Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated High School Teachers in Mathematics, Science, and English to join our educational team. The ideal candidates will be committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment while supporting students in achieving academic success. This role requires strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, classroom management strategies, and the ability to provide additional tutoring support where needed.
Work days: Tuesday to Sunday

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons in Mathematics, Science, or English.
  • Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning needs, including students requiring additional support.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour using positive reinforcement and effective discipline strategies.
  • Provide targeted tutoring
  • Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to promote academic growth.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to design cross-curricular and student-centered teaching strategies.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with best practices in education.

Qualifications

  • A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Previous teaching experience at the high school level is preferred.
  • Strong subject expertise in Mathematics, Science, or English.
  • Knowledge of special education strategies is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to students’ academic success.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining independence in lesson delivery.
