Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Secret Cleared Network Security Specialist to support a premier federal IT provider based out of San Diego, CA. The Secret Cleared Network Security Specialist will be responsible for providing system administration and maintenance of DoD ESS servers including security and compliance.

Responsibilities of the Secret Cleared Network Security Specialist includes:

• Provide ESS server administration and maintain operations of ESS servers.
• Maintain ESS compl;iance with DISA, US Cyber Command, JFHX DoDIN and Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command.
• Execute and monitor software deployment progress, and upgrades.
• Install security tooling such as Trellix Agent, ENS Threa Prevention, ENS Firewall, DLP and other ESS security modules to host computers.
• Configure, test and dpeloy ESS policies based on STIG requirements.

Qualifications for the Secret Cleared Network Security Specialist includes:

• 3-45 years of network security support experience
• Experience with ESS security support and compliance is required
• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
• ESS certification is required
• Active Secret Cleareance is required

Compensation for the Secret Cleared Network Security Specialist includes:

• Salary Equivalent: $135,000 - $145,000 depending on experience
