Tx Thérapies est une clinique multi-disciplinaire située dans le Vieux-Montréal, offrant des services en physiothérapie, massothérapie, kinésithérapie et thérapie du sport. Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un(e) réceptionniste/adjointe administrative pour se joindre à notre équipe.

Description de l’emploi:

• coordonner et organiser les horaires des thérapeutes
• prendre les rendez-vous des clients
• ouvrir et fermer la clinique
• entretien de la clinique
• service et relations avec la clientèle

Compétencesetqualifications

• travailler de façon indépendante
• être une personne organisée
• avoir de fortes compétences à communiquer
• parler français et anglais couramment
• avoir des compétences informatiques
• doit être capable de travailler en équipe

Tx Therapies is a multi-disciplinary clinic located in Old Montréal, we offer physiotherapy, massage therapy, kinesiology and Athletic therapy. We are currently looking for an receptionist/administrative assistant to join our team.

Skills and qualifications

• must be independent and self driven
• must be an organized individual
• good communication skills
• fluency in French and English
• computer skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
