  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Secretary to the CEO to support executive operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of daily activities, follow-ups, and reminders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the CEO with day-to-day tasks and administrative support.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Remind the CEO of scheduled tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
  • Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
