Description
  1. Performs all typing, and clerical jobs such as filing, sending faxes, e-mail for the department heads and day-to-day requirements of both these Managers and related tasks in their offices.
  2. Ensure that departmental budget is adhered to, expenses are well maintained in terms of requisitioning of office supplies, guest supplies, forms, etc.
  3. Attends to all incoming calls when required.
  4. Regularly checks all incoming mails and correspondences and distributes other related documents and correspondences to the other departments as and when required.
  5. To maintain stock of stationery and other office supplies for the Mall Management Office and regular requisitioning of the items that need to be replaced.
  6. Fix appointments for the Managers and sees to it that schedule do not overlap.
  7. Ensures the cleanliness, orderliness and neatness of the office even during the absence of the immediate Superiors.
  8. Ensures the safety and confidentiality of all files, documents and information under the custody of the Managers.
  9. Assists in the preparation of monthly reports and timely submission of the same.
  10. Takes the Minutes of the Meeting for the meetings presided by Managers and transcribe the same and ensures immediate distribution of the Minutes to the concerned departments after review of the above Managers.
  11. Establishes an effective and unified filing system, easily accessible and retrievable when needed.
  12. To get acquainted and ensures full familiarity with the lease contracts, rates, format and follow-ups with the Tenants with regard to their Lease Agreement and reports any discrepancy
  13. Prepares lease contracts on time and to submit the same for necessary signatures on time.

    Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
