Key Responsibilities Responsible for the smooth operation of the office Organization and execution of daily tasks (office supplies, equipment) Provision of secretarial and administrative support related to the company’s operations Management of correspondence, email, and telephone switchboard Support for company meetings and tasks Organization of business trips Degree from University/Technical Institution/Vocational Training Institute (a degree in Economics will be considered an asset) Minimum of two (2) years of prior experience in a similar Secretarial Support role Very good knowledge of the English language Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet) Very good knowledge of CRM systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational abilities and time management Ability to work in a demanding environment Responsibility, reliability, and confidentiality Possession of a driver’s license and personal vehicle will be considered an additional asset Flexible working hours Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Career development and professional training opportunities Dynamic and collaborative work environment Exposure to multiple industries and business sectors Opportunity to work with leading professionals in the field
