We are looking for a female to work as a secretary cum sales coordinator in a OIL AND GAS trading company inside SAIF ZONE.
The job mainly includes:
1. Prepare quotations.
2. Maintain a data base of suppliers or clients.
3. Preparing Purchase orders.
4. Follow-up on sales orders.
5. Manage ongoing and incoming calls.
6. Manage email correspondence.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3–4 years of related experience will be preferred.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
At least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Visa will be provided.
