Description:

Minimum Qualification & Experience: * * Must be graduate in closely related field

  • 5 years minimum in a in Administration or related role in UAE
  • Very Good Communication in English Language.
  • Experience in using MS-Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in using Office machinery (Scanner, Copier Machine, Printers, Projector )
  • Expected to be proficient in Adobe Acrobat and AutoCAD

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Planning and Designing.
  • Communication skills very high people skills in order to communicate effectively with colleagues from across the business.
  • Coordination skills.
  • Teamwork & relationship building.
  • Problem solving.
  • Should be able to work in site office

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, organize and implement processes related to document control and management.
  • Document Control Develop and implement processes related to document control within Design & Structural department and work with a project team in order to implement systems of control the Ongoing Projects Documents within the Design Team and with other Departments.
  • Submit of documents and creating Transmittal through Document Control.
  • Generate the various document control reports as required.
  • Maintaining Records and Documents
  • Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly.
  • Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff.
  • Printing of site drawings, and follow up of all the site needs.
  • Sorting Sort, organize and share all data related to employees that left the company.
  • Documents Tracking and Follow up Tracking the pending documents through weekly progress reports.
  • Perform and/or support regular audits of document control processes and procedures.
  • Administer document processes and systems to ensure control and availability of documentation to site personnel.
