Description
The Maintenance Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to the Maintenance Division under the EAGLE logistics contract. This role ensures accurate documentation, scheduling, and communication to support maintenance operations in compliance with Army regulations and contract requirements. Responsibilities Maintain and update maintenance records, work orders, and reports in the Logistics Information System (LIS) or other designated systems. Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, inspections, and meetings. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and maintenance logs. Track parts requisitions. Support compliance with Army Materiel Command (AMC) standards and EAGLE contract requirements. Assist in preparing documentation for audits, inspections, and performance reviews. Interface with supply and transportation teams to ensure maintenance workflow continuity. Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) for technical manuals, service bulletins, and maintenance records. Provide administrative support to maintenance supervisors and technicians. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a military or logistics environment. Familiarity with Army maintenance systems (e.g., GCSS-Army, SAMS-E) is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with Army logistics systems (e.g., GCSS-Army) is a plus. Must possess and continuously maintain a current state driver's license. Must receive a favorable background check and drug testing results. Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) to obtain a CAC.
