Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform the principal’s secretarial duties, including relieving the administrator of routine operational duties, secretarial duties for meetings, preparing and routing purchase orders, and in-district requisitions.
  • Perform secretarial tasks in accordance with standard district practices.
  • Perform secretarial and related duties in a conscientious, safe manner.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the building principal.
