More about the work Liaising professionally via telephone with clients, courts, legal firms, and service providers to facilitate case progress and coordination. Drafting a wide range of legal documents, including formal correspondence, court filings, briefs to Counsel and expert witnesses. Managing filing efficiently, including electronic document handling, archiving, file closures, printing, and court submissions. Processing monthly billing using Aderant or similar systems, and monthly client reporting.
