OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for front line phone customer service and detailed data entry. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous office experience or administrative experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and Scheduling applications
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Experience in customer service or customer support roles is beneficial
