· Audio typing Experience
· Previous admin experience
· Transcribing
· Excellent telephone manner
· Ability to work on your own
· Providing an efficient and high-quality service to meet the requirements of the Care Organisation and to support achieving its key access targets. To manage and co-ordinate outcome letters from Ederma and AI clinics.
· You will lead by example, by maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect at all times. You will demonstrate an excellent customer service manner through all channels of communication.
· Maintaining good relationships, communicating with all disciplines within the Trust.
· Actively participating in the department meetings, both group and individual and contribute effectively and positively.
· Demonstrating a high level of respect for yourself, your team and your clients and champion the teamwork ethos.
· Ensuring appointment bookings are maintained using the Care Organisation’s data Patient Tracking list (PTL)/PIVOT to monitor waiting times and within the parameters of the clinic schedules and that any potential booking difficulties are dealt with appropriately.
· Ensuring that appropriate confirmation letters are sent to patients with information regarding their appointment time, date and location and include any relevant preparation that may be required.
· Maintaining high standards of data quality in all aspects of the role.
· Undertaking any other duties as requested by your Line Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Department.
