Description
Responsibilities Main Responsibilities : Provide secretarial support to assigned managers. • Assist calendar management by meeting coordination and keep assigned managers informed of all activities. • Arrange & coordinate for assigned managers’ trip including flight booking, hotel reservation and logistic arrangements etc. • Provide support to prepare assigned managers’ presentations. • Prepare & follow up T&E and R&R claim for assigned managers. • Process, circulate and file documentation. • Other duties per requests. Provide administrative support to Strategy & APAC IT team. • Render administrative support to Strategy and APAC IT team including stationary application, meeting room reservation etc. • Accommodate VIP’s visit, e.g., itinerary coordination, logistic arrangement etc. • Support on monthly expense settlement e.g., advisory board fee, air ticket fee, stationary fee, etc. • Support on internal/ external meetings & activities organization for Strategy and APAC IT team. Special Projects Support. • Provide special projects support such as data collection and tracking as per request. Qualifications •Fluency in both Chinese and English. High level communication in verbal & written (for both languages) is a must. •Above 3 years of executive admin support experience is required. •A team player with good personality and work attitude: Proactive, Responsive, Accountable, and Well-organized. •Good computer skill. Excellent knowledge of MS office products: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint… etc. is required. •Ability in handling complicated tasks with coordination skills with global and local stakeholders across multiple time zones. •Independent, strong problem solving and networking skills. •Good sense of urgency and well disciplined. •Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload. •Good sense of confidentiality. •Bachelor’s degree or above will be a plus.
