need Philippines lady secretary have experience in construction field.
Maintaining project documents ensures that accurate information is distributed throughout an organization on time to the people who need it in the construction industry.
 Assisting the guests, answering calls and handling queries.
 Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
 Preparing, receiving and reviewing received invoices from sub-contractors.
 Sending Inquiries to Sub-Contractor.
 Submitting CEO family personal documents for attestation
 Preparing monthly Petrol and Mobile expenses, Company & Personal Vehicle fines reports, monthly attendance record
 Preparing cheques and LPO.
 Preparing Bill of Quantity, Quotation etc.
 Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
 Responsible for making sure that the office supplies are enough to conduct business throughout the day.
 Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • receptionist/secretary: 3 years (Preferred)
