SEK Education Group is seeking a Secretary, Receptionist & Events Management Officer to join our team at Universidad Camilo José Cela, Villafranca campus. This role is key to ensuring smooth administrative operations, high-quality front-desk service, and the successful organization of institutional events. Mission To provide efficient executive support, deliver excellent reception and communication services, and contribute to the planning and coordination of academic and institutional events, upholding the values and standards of SEK Education Group. Key Responsibilities Executive secretarial support to senior management and/or directors Comprehensive agenda and calendar management Travel management (bookings, itineraries, logistics) Professional telephone and front-desk assistance for internal and external stakeholders Coordination and organization of institutional and academic events Handling confidential information with the highest level of discretion Administrative support and coordination with internal departments Requirements Proven experience in executive or senior management secretarial roles Solid experience in agenda management, travel coordination, and phone support Previous experience in event organization English level C1 minimum (spoken and written) Excellent personal presentation and professional demeanor High level of discretion, reliability, and confidentiality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, proactively, and with attention to detail What We Offer Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) Professional and multicultural work environment Permanent Contract #LI-AG1
