About the job: We are seeking a secretary to provide secretarial assistance and support to the partners, associates and other fee earners in the Singapore Dispute Resolution team. Reports to: Partners Main duties and responsibilities: · Document processing/production · Filing documents via e-litigation · File Management · Preparing bills & invoices · Conflict checks coordination · Handle incoming calls and general enquiries · Diary Management · Travel arrangement · Other ad hoc projects assigned by fee-earners Person specification: Education / Qualifications: · An entry-level diploma in law holder or GCE A level holder · 3 - 4 years of secretary / PA experience in legal industry · Must have e-Litigation experience · Good command of written and spoken English General Skills: · Possess basic competent legal research and drafting skills · Good communication and interpersonal skills. · Excellent IT skills; MS Word and PowerPoint · Ability to prioritise and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. · A good team player. · Well organised, detail oriented. · Friendly, approachable and flexible. · Excellent interpersonal skills.
