Secretary - Surgical Services Pre Op and Recovery, Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center, Spokane, WA Under the general direction of the Nurse Manager, this position coordinates and performs all necessary secretarial duties for the program, including but not limited to patient registration/admissions, initial insurance authorization and ongoing insurance approval follow-up, billing, appointment scheduling, chart initiation and maintenance, and other duties as assigned.
