Position Overview We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven individual who would provide the necessary administrative services to the team and to support its efficient operation. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of the Singapore Digital Factory by anticipating and addressing administrative and operational needs of the team and by proposing the most effective action to address issues. Responsibilities: Coordinate and arrange meetings with internal and external stakeholders Assist in scheduling and coordinating team events and activities Handle travel arrangements Maintain and organize electronic document filing system to ensure ease of access Support and facilitate all communication within the team regarding administrative and operational matters. Provide administrative and logistics support to the team Manage office supplies and inventory Manage procurement requests, coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders on delivery matters Manage expense records and claims Process incoming purchase orders, track customer delivery milestones and handle invoicing matters Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the management Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 5+ years of experience supporting high-level executives.
