Job Title: Secretary to the Owner
Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Secretary to directly support the Owner in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize the Owner’s schedule, meetings, and appointments.
Prepare, edit, and send emails, letters, and official correspondence as per instructions.
Draft, format, and manage documents in Word, Excel, and PDF.
Maintain confidential records and files.
Communicate effectively in both English and Arabic with internal and external contacts.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PDF handling.
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Valid UAE Driving License.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary & Benefits:
AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month (based on experience).
Company-provided accommodation.
