Cross Training Internship Program – Front Office, Guest Experience & Housekeeping (12 months) Location: Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa, Lanzarote Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa is offering a 12-month Cross Training Internship Program designed for talented and motivated students who are eager to gain comprehensive experience in hotel operations. This program provides a unique opportunity to rotate across key operational departments — Front Office, Guest Experience, and Housekeeping — developing a well-rounded understanding of luxury hospitality. Program Overview During this structured internship, you will rotate through three core departments: Front Office: Guest check-in/out, reservations support, and daily operations Guest Experience: Personalized service, guest relations, and satisfaction management Housekeeping: Quality standards, room operations, and coordination of cleaning services You will gain hands-on experience, working closely with department teams and learning how to deliver high-quality service across the guest journey. Key Responsibilities Support daily operations within each assigned department Interact with guests, ensuring a professional and service-oriented approach Assist in handling guest requests, feedback, and service recovery Learn and apply brand standards and operational procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations Contribute to maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality Candidate Profile Student or recent graduate in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field Strong interest in developing a career in hotel operations Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment High level of English required; additional languages are a plus What We Offer 12-month structured cross-training program in a luxury resort Exposure to multiple operational departments Hands-on experience in international hospitality standards Professional development and learning opportunities Dynamic and multicultural working environment
