HOW TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE?

• You have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aeronautical engineering.
• You have 10+ years in the aerospace industry, with a good understanding of the requirements related to the development of primary structures, both in terms of design and justification.
• You have experience in structural integrations, and a good understanding of how the systems work and interact with the overall aircraft.
• You have practical experience of conceptual design and preliminary sizing.
• You have an interest in business aviation improvement and are a strategic thinker.
• You have a minimum of 2-3 years’ positive experience in a management position.
• You are a team player, work in a multidisciplinary team and can demonstrate strong organizational and managerial skills (planning structure and prioritization)
• You are creative in finding ways to solve problems and have the ability to bring your ideas to fruition.
• You are organized/motivated and bilingual (French, English) with strong oral/written English skills.
• You have knowledge of aeronautical product certification (Atout)
• You have experience in developing new products and supporting products in service (Asset)
