Responsibilities

YOUR NEW ROLE

As a Section Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of construction projects. You will be the on-site leader, responsible for coordinating trades, managing site activities, and ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Experience of supervising groundworks, structures, and envelope activities
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
  • Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports and material usage.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Site Foreman/Section Foreman in Construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and health & safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Relevant trade qualifications or certifications.
