We are seeking a dynamic, high-caliber, and experienced professional to join our Exhibitions and Digital Business Department.   Responsibilities:   * Spearhead targeted buyer recruitment and acquisition strategies for trade exhibitions, focusing on both existing and emerging markets; * Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and new multipliers to drive exhibition attendance; * Lead business matching campaigns to maximize meaningful connections between buyers and exhibitors; * Promote the E+ platform by converting online enquirers and Click2Match users into physical event participants.  Collect and showcase success stories to enhance platform credibility and attract new users; * Actively collaborate with overseas offices and the marketing team to amplify promotional efforts and to identify new buyer segments for specific fairs; * Forge strategic partnerships to secure value-added services and cost-effective travel solutions for buyers; * Communicate updated fair arrangements promptly to sponsored buyers, hotels, overseas offices, and multipliers to address concerns and ensure smooth coordination; * Introduce new and engaging formats for business matching events * Lead the Telemarketing Team to support buyer recruitment and engagement efforts; * Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure team effectiveness and goal achievement; * Exercise prudent control over the buyer recruitment and business matching development budget.  Monitor resource utilization against set targets and manage subsequent rounds of budget adjustments; * Lead the setting and compilation of buyer recruitment and business matching KPIs, including overseas performance metrics;   Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; * Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in buyer recruitment, business development, or event marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role; * Strong understanding of Hong Kong’s trade, business, and industry landscape, with the ability to identify market opportunities for Hong Kong companies; * Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to lead teams, manage performance, and deliver results; * Excellent command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and presentation skills  * Strong commercial, sales, marketing, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships locally and internationally; * Highly organised, detail‑minded, and results‑driven, with solid project management capability; * Innovative, adaptable, and able to perform effectively under tight timelines and resource constraints; * Willing to work irregular hours, including weekends, and to travel when required; * Culturally aware and able to work effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.   Remuneration and Benefits The successful candidate will be offered a two-year contract with prospects for renewal upon expiry. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus an appropriate contract-end gratuity.
