* Strategic Sourcing incl. technical evaluation and commercial negotiation to meet project targets * Define Commodity Strategy for Key Buying Components – Tipper & Rigid Bodies, Mixers, Hydraulic Kits, Bumpers, Cabin-In-White and Stampings * Identify best in class supplier to meet Q/C/D deliverables * Ensure adherence to and improvements in contract & change management process * New Product Development (APQP/PPAP) to fulfill project timelines * Achievement of Yearly ANP targets set for joint material cost efficiency * Achievement of Yearly RM Forecast based on market trends & enhance MPN coverage * Participation in CTMs, Stakeholder/Partner Management * Develop high performing & competent team * Participate in internal management meetings and manage stakeholders/partners * Steering of Flat Steel Raw Material, Suppliers Consolidation & Best Sourcing Country
