POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and professional Chef de Rang to join our award-winning front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred environments and a genuine enthusiasm for providing an outstanding guest experience.
As a Chef de Rang at Heft, you will take ownership of your own section, delivering knowledgeable, attentive, and intuitive service that reflects the ethos of the restaurant. You will be expected to work with precision, confidence, and pride in representing the culinary excellence that defines Heft.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a Michelin-starred or fine dining restaurant is highly desirable but not mandatory
  • Deep understanding of service standards, etiquette, and hospitality
  • Passionate about food, wine, and exceptional service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of personal presentation and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
