We are looking for energetic, customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Section Waiter at Kid Kyoto.
Section Waiters are tasked with providing our customers with a superior experience, ensuring all orders are taken correctly, delivered promptly, and keeping the restaurant clean and organized at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as a section waiter required.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment.
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Must be able to carry 3 plates

• Greet customers with hospitality and friendliness.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner.
• Clear used plates, glasses and other items from tables in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized and presentable workspace while adhering to all food safety guidelines.
• Resolve guests’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.
