We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Section Waitstaff to join our team at Spice Temple Melbourne. Part of Hunter St Hospitality, Spice Temple celebrates contemporary regional Chinese food, along with world class cocktail and wine service.
As a Section Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our diners.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Delivering orders to the correct table in a timely manner
• Providing recommendations and answering any questions about the menu
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of your section
• Handling payments and processing transactions accurately
• Working collaboratively with other team members to provide a seamless dining experience

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences. A strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings and the ability to work effectively under pressure are also essential.
