QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a premium dining environment as a Section Waiter, Runner, or Host
  • A proven ability to deliver impeccable service, with attention to detail and a consistent sequence of service
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a refined sense of presentation
  • A valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Basic proficiency in Japanese (preferred, but not essential)
  • WSET Wine & Sake certification (highly desirable)
