YOUR MISSION AT ELIS

As our Sector Development lead, you will be a strategic sales professional targeting the top 5% of customer prospect businesses in the UK. You will drive Elis into new organisations and expand our service offering into key verticals.

As a senior member of the sales community, you will be able to devise and execute strategic sales plans to achieve the business’s goals and objectives. You will achieve significant success by thinking ahead of competitors and continuously looking for new sales opportunities in your marketplace.

  • Implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals with large corporate businesses.
  • Work Nationally to exceed sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Deliver on sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with senior-level stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
  • Responsible - leading the development and implementation of the go-tomarket strategy for key prospects within a specific market.
  • Mobilisation – Take complete responsibility for the customer experience during the onboarding of a new customer, with the assistance of the mobilisation team.
  • Legal – Conduct a thorough review of customer terms and conditions, propose necessary amendments, and identify associated commercial and operational risks.
  • Finance – Responsible for developing financial profitability forecasts for new business ventures.
  • Hunt for sales opportunities and help maximise sales potential.
  • Review market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, and pricing schedules.
