Your Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Life Science sector OT team as an OT Cybersecurity Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring “cybersecurity by design” of OT system & application architecture across the network of 50+ manufacturing and global distribution sites and support site OT teams in registering and classifying systems in a compliant way while building standards to improve visibility and compliance of OT systems in general. In this you will be collaborating with the larger cybersecurity organization in the sector and cross-sector. The role is key to deliver scalable, secure, and standardized OT systems and will set the foundations for our Industry 4.0 ambition. Key responsibilities are: Enforce the IT/OT Security Standard and supports architecture decisions on same Co-lead the sector OT cybersecurity, architecture and service Community of Practice Represent Life Science OT in the OT cybersecurity Center of Excellence Partner with sector IT (DDIT) on Cybersecurity related roadmaps and activities Support site OT on data classification, security assessment, risk management and other compliance activities Drive GEAR (OT Application Database), OT CMDB and ServiceNow adoption across sites Promote cybersecurity awareness among OT system users and business owners Build an accountable OT org across sites and regions Create SoPs for the Cyber Security solutions Who You Are: Graduate degree in an engineering, cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field Several years (ideally 7+) of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on OT environments Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards relevant to industrial environments Hands-on experience in corporate IT/OT technology and architecture management Domain Knowledge in: Manufacturing: Understanding of industrial processes, machinery, and control systems OT Systems: Including IO, PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS, Historians and MES/EBR Industrial Networks: Fieldbus protocols, network architecture principles, ISA-99 IT/OT Convergence: Expertise in integrating OT systems into IT infrastructure Security: Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial environments Compliance: Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards related to OT Experience in GxP environments beneficial Experience in the ServiceNow platform and ITIL Framework beneficial Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Ability to interact with senior management in a matrix organization Problem solving capabilities including project and time management Business-fluent English skills AT Expert 3 LS-SC-ESO Digital Operations
