We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Manufacturing and Building Services & Construction sectors. The successful candidate will be based in the Netherlands.

YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experienced in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • A deep knowledge of industry sectors – Rental, Manufacturing, or Construction.
  • Proven track record of coaching sales teams in challenging environments.
  • Ability to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • A strategic mindset and expertise in diverse products and applications.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills - the ability to inspire and coach a team or individuals to success.
  • Financially astute with a customer-centric focus, delivering results through problem-solving and commercial acumen.
Responsibilities
  • Grow business within the sector by developing a competitive and robust sector sales strategy, in collaboration with colleagues in Marketing.
  • Create and maintain sales plans for the team in alignment with sector strategy.
  • Proactively lead and manage a sales team to foster a high-performing sales culture.
  • Provide active leadership to the team and ensure the team is consistently achieving and surpassing objectives and KPI’s.
  • Take direct ownership of involvement in key customer relationships.
  • Uphold Aggreko’s ‘Sales Leadership Blueprint’ and ‘non-negotiables’, focusing on coaching and developing the team.
  • Act as a change agent and drive a positive change.
