Allied Universal is currently searching for a Security Site Supervisor in North York, ON.
Job Posting: Security Site Supervisor
Location: North York, ON (near Dufferin & Steeles)
Pay Rate: $23.46/hour
Schedule: Full-Time - Rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights)

SITE-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS (PHARMACEUTICAL FACILITY):

As a condition of assignment, proof of vaccination is required for the following:

• Diphtheria
• Pertussis
• Tetanus
• Flu

Vaccinations are covered under provincial health plans. Allied Universal will reimburse any additional associated costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support security team members on shift
• Enforce site policies and maintain a safe and secure environment
• Conduct regular patrols (on foot and by vehicle)
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of all incidents and daily activities
• Communicate effectively with site staff, management, and Allied Universal leadership
• Facilitate smooth shift hand-overs and maintain continuity in operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a security role
• 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or corporate office setting preferred
• Valid Ontario Security License
• Valid Ontario G-class driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be 25 years of age or older (for company vehicle insurance eligibility)
• Must be legally eligible to work full-time in Canada
• CPR and Standard First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain; reimbursement provided)
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Comfortable performing foot patrols and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

We are seeking a reliable, experienced professional with a minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a security setting. The successful candidate will lead a team of security professionals, ensuring site safety, compliance with procedures, and a high standard of customer service.
