Description

Lead Secure by Design activities for multiple projects, ensuring security is integrated from concept to delivery. Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into actionable security requirements. Document and communicate risks, ensuring business requirements are met while reducing exposure. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve escalated security issues and support performance and quality reviews. Promote standardized security methodologies and continuous improvement. Expertise in cloud security, specifically with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform. Experience in securing products and services deployed for cyber teams, such as SIEM/SOC environments. Understanding of AI-related security requirements, ensuring robust protection and compliance for AI-driven solutions. 8+ years of experience in cyber security, risk management, or Secure by Design roles within large-scale IT or telecom environments. Demonstrated ability to analyze business and technical requirements and provide security requirements. Strong experience in reviewing solution designs and ensuring compliance with security policies and controls. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in multicultural and matrix organizations. Experience with security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS), risk assessment, and mitigation. Proficient in documenting and articulating risks and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences. Holds a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) preferred.
