Job Description   We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our production team as a manufacturing operator. Manufacturing Operators are responsible for preparing orders for their production line and performing departmental duties while maintaining alignment with Knowles safety and quality practices.  The first shift hours are Monday through Friday; 6:00am to 2:30pm The pay range for this role is $22.50 - $25 per hour   Sign On Bonus!  $1,000 after completion of first 30 days     Key Responsibilities * Operators will complete multiple operations while performing as a team to following procedures and focusing on safety and quality. * Operators will be trained and expected to prep orders for their production line and perform departmental duties * Operators will be responsible for operating various machinery to bring product to desired quality specification  * Inspect parts and product to verify quality * Communicate any mechanical or quality issues to the attention of their supervisor and/or Engineering   Skills, Knowledge and Expertise * Must be a U.S. citizen with an active D.O.D. Security Clearance * Ability to follow work instructions documents. * Ability to multitask and work independently, without supervision.  * Must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience. * Basic English communication skills required, including the ability to understand and critical workplace information. Fluency not required. Experience with any combination of these skills is preferred but not required to apply: * Experience in electrical component assembly * IPC J-STD001 Soldering Trained * Experience and training with ESD protocols * Experience with hybrid microelectronics assembly in accordance with MIL-STD-883 criteria * Experience with wirebond and die attach  
Responsibilities
