JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Secure System Development Specialist with deep expertise in CyberArk technologies – including Core PAS, Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM), and Conjur/Secrets Management – to join our growing Cyber Security team.
This is a hands-on technical and strategic role requiring end-to-end experience in the design, development, integration, and operational optimization of secure privileged access solutions in enterprise-scale environments.
You will act as a CyberArk Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving secure system design, leading deployments, automating operations, and ensuring our privileged access infrastructure meets the highest standards for security, compliance, and performance.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) – Required
  • CyberArk Certified Privilege Cloud Engineer (CPC) – Preferred
  • CyberArk Conjur CDE and Sentry Certification – Advantageous
  • CyberArk EPM CDE and Defender Certification – Advantageous
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools

SOFT SKILLS

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to mentor and transfer knowledge across teams.

Responsibilities

Architecture & Secure System Development

  • Design and develop secure PAM solutions using CyberArk PAS, CPM, PSM, EPV, AAM/AIM, PTA, EPM, and Conjur.
  • Lead secure system deployments, upgrades, and migrations across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
  • Develop secure integrations with DevOps pipelines, SSH key management, databases, and cloud-native services (AWS, Azure).

Operations & Maintenance

  • Oversee daily CyberArk operations: patching, tuning, incident resolution, and SLA compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze security events, applying CyberArk threat intelligence and remediation strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CPM plugin issues; build new plugins where required.

Integration & Automation

  • Build secure integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, SIEM (Splunk), ITSM (ServiceNow), and cloud IAM services.
  • Automate credential onboarding/offboarding, password rotation, and session management using PowerShell, Python, and Java.
  • Utilise CyberArk REST APIs for advanced automation workflows.
  • Produce risk, compliance, and performance reports; define operational KPIs.
