Your tasks:

• Ongoing fund controlling and collaboration in the implementation of the respective fund strategy in cooperation with the fund management and other internal specialist departments.
• Implementation and analysis of the planning of real estate, investments in real estate companies, and financial and liquidity investments within the framework of fund planning.
• Monitoring and controlling fund performance by means of target/actual comparisons, scenario and liquidity analyses, as well as developing action options to ensure that performance targets are met or optimized.
• Preparation of general and individual investor reports
• Project-based further development of the fund-related controlling and process landscape
• Close interdisciplinary collaboration along the value chain of a property and a real estate fund.
• Assumption of product-based key user responsibility
• Project work and handling of ad-hoc requests

What you bring:

• Successfully completed studies in economics, real estate management or a comparable field, or relevant commercial training.
• Prior relevant professional experience in the real estate or finance industry, preferably in portfolio/fund controlling or real estate valuation, or in the field of auditing, is an advantage.
• High interest in real estate economics and financial topics
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers
• IT affinity, including very good knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Prior experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Good English skills are essential.
• Independent, responsible and structured work style
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• High degree of flexibility, self-motivation and initiative
