Description
Work on Treasury's asset-backed securitization team (ABS), which is instrumental to funding Ford Credit Own all aspects of assigned assets class (retail, lease, or floorplan) Execute ABS funding actions, including public / 144-A and private, bank sponsored transactions. Manage monthly cash settlement and payments Support in the creation of new ABS transaction documents and ensure ongoing compliance Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (Ford Credit, OGC, Accounting, Internal Controls, GAO) and external stakeholders (Trustees) supporting ABS Established and active employee resource groups Ability to use Ford Credit's suite of securitization systems Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field 2+ years relevant Finance experience Expertise in data manipulation and analysis with spreadsheets. Strong ownership and attention to detail; unquestionable integrity Ability to effectively communicate with key internal and external stakeholders Ability to work across multiple tasks simultaneously and meet critical deadlines Self-motivated problem solver with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment; exhibits desire for continuous improvement Strong computer skills including Excel Experience with Capital Markets
