$325 mileage reimbursement & $25 cellular plan reimbursement. **monthly mileage and cell/data reimbursements are paid on a non-taxed basis Job Purpose Responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of security alarm wiring and equipment and access control equipment. Essential Duties and responsibilities * Install, maintain, or repair security systems, alarm devices, and related equipment, following blueprints of electrical layouts and building plans. * Mount and fasten control panels, door and window contacts, sensors, and video cameras, and attach electrical and telephone wiring in order to connect components. * Test and repair circuits and sensors, following wiring and system specifications. * Identifies, troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software, and basic network related problems encountered by end-users of the network. * Complete projects within budget, on time, and in a safe manner. * Maintain the company’s high standards of quality and professionalism with regards to workmanship, customer relations, and team members. * Submit all paperwork on time. * Adhere to all required project specific as well as company safety requirements. * Perform other duties as may be assigned. Must have average levels of eye/hand/foot coordination. * Must be able to climb up and down ladders (8 feet routinely) * Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl in all environments (basements, crawl spaces, attic/ceilings, etc.).
