Join our dynamic team as a Security & Access Analyst to support a high-impact team managing employee access rights and security audits through a custom-built request management tool (TOR), powered by ServiceNow. Location: Porto 🚀 Your Mission: Investigate and resolve access anomalies (e.g. incorrect permissions, offboarding issues). Collaborate with application owners to define and implement fixes. Maintain and update ServiceNow repositories (apps, profiles, permissions). Support cybersecurity audits and annual access reviews. Ensure full traceability and visibility of remediation actions. Qualifications 🛠️ What You Bring: 5+ years’ experience in IT security, access management, or similar. Strong knowledge of Active Directory and access rights. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (user or admin level). Advanced Excel skills (especially VLOOKUP). Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Security-conscious mindset and attention to detail. Comfortable with remote collaboration tools (e.g. Teams). Fluent French and English (spoken and written) – essential for meetings and documentation. 🤝 Soft Skills Analytical and structured thinking. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Adaptable, proactive, and team-oriented. Able to synthesize complex issues and drive solutions. Quality-driven with a rigorous approach.
