    About the role
    We are seeking a proactive and professional Security Admin Officer to join our Security team on site with our Financial Services client. Working closely with the Security Supervisor, this role is crucial for ensuring the safety and security of our clients premises by managing all aspects of the ID badging, Security Concierge and Admin processes.

Duties include:

  • Administration tasks, including usage of the basic Microsoft Office suite.
  • Providing exceptional reception-based customer service, such as greeting visitors, clients, and our client’s employees.
  • ID badge sign-out and returns.
  • Badge Creation - including: photographing, programming, printing, ordering, shipping, and auditing.
  • Reporting lost badges.
  • Managing all reported incidents with professionalism, escalating them when necessary.
  • Advising management of urgent matters and safety incidents promptly.
  • Collecting data, data entry, creating incident reports, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders, including IT and local business teams.
  • Raising concerns and process improvement ideas to Global Security management.
