YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential:

• Expertise in working in a similar role or a Security environment
• Evidence of Critical Thinking & Analysis of Information

Desirable:

• Awareness of information security policies or processes

• Assisting with the delivery of Information Security IT activities that are aligned to the business objectives and overall company strategy
• Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and customers to ensure their requirements are met, this includes one-to-one liaison, setting expectations and working to clear service level agreements
• Contributing to the development and delivery of system documentation
• Supporting the administration processes for formal audits on data, products and services; an example task is collecting evidence
• Problem solving by interrogating data and documentation to identify process issues and where possible, provides solutions & carrying out data modelling activities such as creating reports and conducting basic analysis
• Ensures that data and records are appropriately managed by updating documents in Microsoft packages and related systems. This includes supporting the management of department budgets and finances & gathering data from several sources and feeding the information to their team and managers in the form of reports and presentations
• Supports the testing of new applications by following clear guidelines and instructions
• Working with business toolsets that support the Information Security controls as well as supporting the wider business areas with general day-to-day Information Security support
