Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS Job Description Serve as a visible and approachable Security Ambassador, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and guest-focused environment at all times Greet guests, visitors, and staff courteously while maintaining a strong security presence aligned with Palace service standards Monitor hotel premises, including lobbies, entrances, guest floors, parking areas, and public spaces, to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety Conduct regular patrols to identify and report safety hazards, suspicious activities, or security breaches Assist guests with directions, information, and minor concerns while maintaining professionalism and discretion Enforce hotel policies, safety procedures, and local regulations in a respectful, non-confrontational manner Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels, reporting irregularities and escalating issues when necessary Prepare accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and handover notes Support emergency response procedures, including fire alarms, evacuations, and crisis management protocols Protect hotel assets, guests’ belongings, and confidential information Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with the hotel’s brand and service culture Promote a culture of safety, awareness, and hospitality among staff and guests Qualifications Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and alarm monitoring Training in first aid, CPR, and fire safety is highly desirable High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality, security management is an advantage.
