| Drive Azure Security Score improvement for the client Report on metrics to the client Lead resolution of client issues by taking the appropriate corrective action or following the appropriate escalation procedures Utilize ticketing system and standard operating procedures for effective call processing and escalation to adhere to client Service Level Agreement (SLA) Follow change management procedures when implanting changes to environment. Mentor junior analyst and provide guidance as needed Maintain a working knowledge of local security policies and execute general controls as assigned | Bachelor's degree in related filed, to include computer science, or 6+ years of relevant work experience 1+ years of Cloud Security Experience 10+ years Cyber Security Experience Experience with writing/creation of formal documentation such as reports, slide decks, and architecture diagrams Customer service/support experience | Cloud certification Coding or scripting experience Security+, GSEC, SSGB, ITIL, or other GIAC certification Working knowledge of Azure Cloud environment Root cause analysis experience, getting to the root cause, problem solving Investigative and analytical problem solving skills | 8+ Years relevant work experience
