Complete installation of all supported devices, including implementation, testing, reporting, alerting, and operational support resource training Create, modify, test, and implement approved changes to supported devices based upon customer requirements Verify system status and health including memory usage and disk space and validation of process execution Maintain current standard operating procedures and documentation Strong knowledge of antivirus technologies and endpoint protection strategies across diverse IT environments. Experience with security device installation and configuration, including implementation, testing, and operational support. Proficiency in system health monitoring, including memory usage, disk space, and process validation. Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, such as SOPs and change management records. Familiarity with security policies and compliance standards, ensuring alignment with organizational procedures. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in identifying and resolving security-related issues. Experience with alerting and reporting tools, and the ability to interpret and act on security alerts. Strong communication and training abilities, to support operational teams and ensure proper resource enablement.

Responsibilities
