As a security analyst, you help develop and optimize security measures to align with corporate objectives by planning, implementing and overseeing best practices to strengthen Desjardins’s security posture. You help develop Desjardins Group Security Office’s priorities and governance, and work on different aspects of our security practices. You’re responsible for one or more sub-specialties, such as personal information and data protection, information security, physical security and financial crime and fraud prevention. You analyze recurring security-related issues. You support the more experienced professionals in your unit and help prepare opinions and implementation plans according to your discipline’s rules. You conduct research and preliminary analysis and develop initial outlines of tools and work processes. You draw on your comprehensive knowledge of your line of business and your ability to manage complexity. You interact with stakeholders working in other technology fields.
