REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 5+ years of experience in security operations, security analysis, or similar role
  • Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with enterprise SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, LogRhythm, or similar)
  • Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with endpoint detection and response (EDR) platforms
  • Strong written communication skills for policy development and technical documentation
  • Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CIS Controls)
  • Experience with incident response procedures and security event analysis
  • Proficiency in log analysis, network traffic analysis, and digital forensics fundamentals

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

Certifications

  • CySA+, or GIAC certifications (GCIH, GCFA, GNFA)
  • Vendor-neutral security certifications preferred
  • Cloud security certifications (AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer)
Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated Security Analyst to join our growing security team and enhance our security operations, governance, and compliance capabilities. This role combines security monitoring and incident response with policy development, documentation, and compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with our enterprise security platforms and external service providers while developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and documentation that support our overall security program. This position offers excellent exposure to all aspects of security operations.
